Clockwork Tangerine combines the sweet and sour taste of strawberries with the aromatic scent and subtle peppery flavor of basil and the spiciness of ginger. The ginger beer lightens the cocktail while adding another layer of flavor. Chew on the strawberry jelly candy as you sip to get the full experience.
Ingredients
45 ml Filliers 28 Tangerine Gin
25 ml Monin Strawberry Purée
3-4 pcs basil leaves
4 ginger cubes
60 ml Ginger beer
Directions
Muddle ginger cubes in a shaker.
Pour all ingredients except ginger beer.
Add ice and shake vigorously.
Strain into a rock glass with ice.
Top with ginger beer.
Garnish with strawberry jelly candies on a cocktail pick and a sprig of mint.
