The charismatic, curious, and passionate Scorpio has a strong personality. We’ve taken those characteristics and turned it into this cocktail. The Scorpio cocktail is sour with just a touch of spice, but like the scorpion’s distinctive venomous sting, this drink can turn around and hurt you if you’re not careful.
Ingredients: 15 ml mezcal 30 ml cognac 20 ml agave 10 ml habanero syrup 30 ml lemon juice 30 ml Cointreau
Directions: Pour ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a chocolate twig.
