The adventurous and independent Sagittarius is the last fire sign of the year. This light and fresh cocktail reflects the carefree outlook of the archer of the horoscope. It can be enjoyed in a variety of situations and moods, which is like the flexible and adaptable nature of the Sagittarius. Add a dash of Angostura bitters for more complexity.
Ingredients:
30 ml sloe gin 30 ml gin 30 ml lemon juice 15 ml simple syrup egg white soda water to top pomelo bits (garnish) Angostura bitters (optional)
Directions:
Pour gins, lemon juice, simple syrup into a shaker. Add egg white and dry shake. Add ice and shake. Strain into a glass. Top with soda water. Garnish with pomelo bits.
