Ingredients:
1/4 red dragon fruit
1 large red banana
240 ml coconut juice
30 ml passionfruit syrup
30 ml lime juice
2 cups ice
mint and dehydrated dragon fruit for garnish
Directions:
Put banana, red dragon fruit, passionfruit syrup, coconut juice, lime juice and ice in blender.
Blend.
Pour into glasses with ice.
Garnish with mint sprigs and dehydrated red dragon fruit.
