Ingredients:
45 ml Okinawa Gin
20 ml Money Gold Tamarind & Chili Syrup*
20 ml lime juice
60 ml mango nectar
10 ml sugar syrup
3 drops creole bitters
orange peel
* Put 80 grams Money Gold Tamarind candy and 2 large sliced chilies in 1/2 cup water over medium heat. Stir until candy is dissolved. Cool and strain.
Directions:
Pour ingredients into a shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass.
Express oil from orange peel.
