30 ml Okinawa Gin 7.5 ml lemongrass syrup 1 calamansi muddled lemongrass stalk topped with Fentiman's light tonic
Directions:
Arrange lemongrass stalk and ice in a highball glass. Pour gin and top with light tonic. Add calamansi slices.
