Tricycle is our local, smoky riff off the classic Sidecar cocktail. Made with local brandy instead of cognac and calamansi instead of lemon juice, Tricycle is the perfect balance of sweet and sour with a touch of smoke.
Ingredients:
60 ml Emperador Light 20 ml calamansi juice 30 ml honey syrup 20 ml triple sec 3 drops Angostura bitters
Directions:
Pour brandy, calamansi juice, honey syrup, and triple sec in a shaker. Add ice and shake. Strain into a bottle. Add smoke and cover. Shake and pour into a glass with ice and calamansi slices. Add 3 drops of Angostura bitters.
