Run Rabbit Run (RRR), Poblacion’s “Alice in Wonderland”-inspired bar, has teamed up with Full Circle Craft Distillers Co. — makers of award-winning artisanal spirits that celebrate the local terroir — to bring the taste of the Philippine islands to your home with three new bottled cocktails.
The ARC x RRR cocktail collection is a flight of three unique concoctions that take inspiration from the country’s major island groups: Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao. Since we can’t visit our favorite destinations or hang out with friends freely just yet, ARC and RRR can deliver the flavors of the Philippines to you.
Luzon is a crisp and refreshing cocktail that complements the ARC Lava Rock Vodka — which is filtered over lava rocks from the Taal and Mayon volcanoes — with the local calamansi, Cointreau, cucumber, and mint.
Visayas delivers a perfectly balanced sweet tropical experience with a touch of spice that combines ARC Botanical Gin, pineapple syrup, fresh chili infusion, yellow chartreuse, maraschino, and nutmeg.
Mindanao is a lush cocktail with deep berry flavors made with ARC Barrel Reserve Gin, Cherry Heering, blueberry jam, lychee syrup, and fresh orange juice.
To add to the drinking experience, each cocktail has an accompanying playlist curated by Poblacion nightlife regular Niccolo Tapales-Magsino, featuring an eclectic mix of Pinoy acts. So sip your drinks, listen to tunes, and be transported to your island destination.
The ARC x RRR Ready-made cocktails are available for Php 2,400 at Run Rabbit Run’s website. They schedule deliveries every Friday, perfect for unwinding over the weekend.
