Ingredients:
45 ml Blanco tequila
60 ml pineapple orange juice
10 ml pistachio syrup
10 ml agave syrup
15 ml lime juice
15 ml cranberry juice
5 ml blue pea flower-infused salt water (in a spray bottle)
orange wheel garnish
Directions:
Pour all ingredients except cranberry juice and blue pea water in a tin shaker.
Add ice and shake.
Strain into a glass with ice.
Sink cranberry juice to the bottom by pouring very slowly right beside the glass.
Garnish with an orange wheel.
Spray blue pea flower-infused salt water.
