We’re starting with the Liquido Maestro himself, Destileriya Barako and Agimat at Ugat’s Kalel Demetrio. His cocktail Regalo ng Tatlong Hari, is a full circle moment, as this is a fusion of the Regalo ng Tatlong Hari cocktail series Kalel made for DrinkManila in 2017.

The Regalo ng Tatlong Hari uses only three ingredients, which are all spirits from Destileriya Barako’s line. The famed Ube Cream Liqueur is the star of the show. The rich and distinct flavor of ube shines in this cocktail, with the Kanto Salted Caramel Vodka and Gayuma Liqueur offering supporting notes of deep caramel and lychee notes. Ingredients:
45 ml Ube Cream Liqueur 30 ml Kanto Salted Caramel Vodka 20 ml Gayuma Liqueur

Directions:
Pour ingredients into a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Torch a dried flower for effect.
