On October 24, from 7 PM to 11 PM, Satoshi Sugiura from El Lequio Bar in Japan, ranked #80 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2023 51-100 list, will be mixing unique highballs with an Okinawa twist behind the bar at Zuma Hong Kong. Enjoy a lively izakaya experience, complete with a live station featuring Japanese tacos, along with live music and performances.
Highballs to look forward to include ¡Lequio Libre!, made with Appleton Rum, Okinawa spiced rum, cola syrup, lime juice, goya juice, and soda, as well as Tommy’s Okinawa Soba, crafted with Monterobus mezcal, awamori, fino sherry, kombucha, ginger honey, and lemon juice.
Zuma’s team will also present special highballs for the night, including Pineapple Highball, made with Appleton Rum, pineapple, yuzu sake, clarified with milk, and Spicy Mango Highball, which features Jalapeño Espolon Blanco tequila, raspberry, and orange liqueur, lemon, mango, clarified with Calpico and milk.
For HK$200, guests can enjoy a combo of a taco handroll and a drink from the bar takeover menu.
