If you’re looking for ways to spend the end of October outside of Manila, consider a short trip to our neighboring Hong Kong to explore the city’s upcoming Wine & Dine Festival. Presented by the Hong Kong Tourism Board, the festival celebrates the SAR’s vibrant culinary and drinking scene, allowing attendees to discover and experience hundreds of restaurants and bars. From October 23 to 27, this five-day event will be held at the Central Harbourfront Event Space, showcasing 300 booths where you can sample a variety of food and drinks, as well as enjoy live entertainment against the stunning backdrop of Victoria Harbour.
Wines from all over the world, including spirits, will be available at the festival grounds, and visitors can enjoy cocktails crafted by top bartenders and bars, including Cantonese bar Kinsman and award-winning tea-centric bar Tell Camellia.
Over 100 booths will be dedicated to the culinary world, where award-winning restaurants will showcase their dishes, including exclusive bites created specifically for the event. Explore Chinese dishes from Michelin-starred restaurant Forum, as well as Hong Kong Cuisine 1983. Those who want to learn more about beverages and gastronomy can join masterclasses led by renowned chefs and sommeliers.
