Hong Kong is renowned for its breathtaking waterfront destinations that are frequented by both locals and visitors. With a stunning skyline that stretches along Victoria Harbour, these spots provide sweeping views, especially at sunset. Beyond their scenic views, many of these locations offer an array of cuisine and beverages, making them ideal for dining out, romantic dates, or enjoying a night out with friends.
If you’re looking for a waterfront destination on your next visit to Hong Kong, explore the revamped Watermark restaurant located at Pier 7, Star Ferry, Central. It has been serving patrons in Hong Kong since 2007 but was recently renovated, offering customers a refreshed and cozier atmosphere—sans white tablecloths—complete with new dishes and drink offerings perfect for sundowners.

Of course, the best way we enjoy our meal is to pair it with a drink, and the restaurant offers a curated selection of wines from all over the world.
