Diners can still enjoy their classic French beef stew, Boeuf Bourguignon (PHP1280); the classic French roast chicken, Poulet Grand-Mère (PHP920); and the Tasmanian salmon fillet with marble potatoes and asparagus, Pavé de Saumon (PHP1280), served with sauce gribiche (a cold egg sauce). For the new menu, meat lovers can dig into Porchetta Provençale (PHP850)—rolled roasted pork belly served with carrots, celery, spring onions, potatoes, eggplant, and zucchini—or the succulent Ernest Soulard duck leg (PHP1480) confit with thinly sliced layered potatoes (Pommes Anna) served with porcini mushroom sauce. If you’re in the mood for steak, indulge in their Australian Sir Harry Orange-Fed Wagyu Ribeye Steak (PHP1180), accompanied by two side dishes of your choice for a truly customizable dining experience. Pescetarians can enjoy the filling ragoût de poulpe (PHP880), served in a rich tomato reduction, with generous portions of octopus and large tube pasta.

Visiting for drinks and small bites? Their starters include new additions perfect for pairing with their selection of wines, like the Camembert d’Isigny Rôti (PHP1280), a baked whole 250g Camembert cheese you can enjoy and share with a group. Other must-tries include the moreish deep-fried artichokes served with chef’s aioli (PHP590) and clams in white wine with parsley and butter broth (PHP580).

Beyond the bottles of wine from France, Spain, and other regions, you can pair your drinks with artisan cocktails crafted by their seasoned bar team. Try their Mezcal-based Paloma Thyme (PHP550) to wake up your palate and enjoy a serving of Calva Espresso Martini (PHP550) as a digestif after your meal.
