TOTCF is also strengthening its commitment to a more sustainable cocktail conference. In 2024, the initiatives included replacing 60,000 single-use plastic cups with BPI-certified compostable PLA cups made from corn and sugarcane, diverting 21,997 pounds of waste from landfills through on-site recycling and composting efforts, and reducing 19,599 pounds of Carbon Dioxide Equivalent through waste diversion initiatives. Additionally, 11,550 pounds of glass were donated to Glass Half Full, where it will be converted into sand and gravel to help restore coastlines, aid in disaster relief, and create recycled building materials. The Foundation looks forward to building on these initiatives and introducing even more efforts at the 2025 conference.

Attendees who want to participate in the celebration can benefit from the Tales of the Cocktail 2025 Hotel Room Block at The Ritz-Carlton, New Orleans, which offers a special rate for 2025 attendees. The deadline to book a room through this block is June 23rd, 2025, subject to availability.
