Hospitality group Singular Concepts celebrates Christmas with Dr. Seuss-inspired cocktails across their Hong Kong venues: Barcode, Tell Camellia, The Daily Tot, Ella, Wav, Barkada, and Yurakucho.
Central’s rum bar, The Daily Tot, serves Grinchmas Rum-ish Coffee (HK$130), a festive mix of spiced rum, hand-drip coffee, Demerara sugar, and pandan cream. Over at the jazz bar, Ella, enjoy some live music with Whoville Winter Warmer (HK$130) served with Irish whisky, spiced gin, red wine, cranberry, and cinnamon.
Tea-centric cocktail bar Tell Camellia offers Cindy Lou Who-Tea (HK$130), a blend of matcha bourbon distillate, matcha tea syrup, spiced wine, orange, and matcha foam, and cafe-bar Barcode will be serving the Green-Eyed Gherkin (HK$130), a spiced cucumber cordial gin topped with pickled gherkins.
Enjoy the winter breeze at Wav Rooftop with Bah Humbug Whiskey (HK$130) made with matcha, coconut, and nuts. While at Yurakucho izakaya, the Merry Mischief Midori (HK$120) will be available, mixing genmaicha tea and butter-washed gin. The Filipino restaurant Barkada will feature Stolen Christmas Sour (HK$120), combining honeydew melon, cinnamon, pineapple, and tequila.
Adding to the fun, customers can check the bottom of their cocktail glass for a chance to win one of five prizes, including a HK$1000 cash voucher, exclusive masterclasses, a bubbly rooftop experience at WAV, and special tasting menus. From December 1 to 26, Singular Concepts is also offering discounted prices if you avail of their group’s Grinchmas stamp card (HK$720), which allows you to enjoy eight winter cocktails for HK$90 each, along with a special welcome warmer, a customized ornament, and two additional Christmas surprises.
