If you’re craving local flavors, don’t miss the latest additions from the Michelin-recommended Twins Liangpi Limited (BaseHall 02). Try their winter special, Drunken Duck Tongue (HK$98), made with goji berries, cordyceps flower, drunken sauce, and mala oil, or the warming Seafood Hot & Sour Soup (HK$138), packed with abalone, crab, shrimp, chicken, and bamboo shoots. For a taste of classic Cha Chaan Teng-style dishes, head to CCT by Shop B (BaseHall 02) and order the Char Siu Omelette Rice (HK$98) featuring juicy Cantonese-style barbecued pork. At Victuals by The Arcane Collective (BaseHall 02), chef Michael Smith has added a new selection of meat dishes to their offerings, including the Wagyu Beef Slider (HK$68) on a brioche bun and the vegetarian Victuals Super Grain Slider (HK$58) with sriracha mayo and kohlrabi slaw. Enjoy Italian pizza sandwiches at Emmer Pizzeria with their servings of Truffle Mushroom Panuozzo (HK$88), Cubano Style Panuozzo (HK$78), and BST (Bacon Spinach Tomato) Panuozzo (HK$98).

For those craving Japanese flavors, Mashi no Mashi (BaseHall 02) now offers the new Wagyu Keema Curry Rice (HK$180). Over at BaseHall 01, Japanese deli benko by nüte has just launched over 10 new signature bento bowls, including the Clam Miso Halibut Ochazuke (HK$108), Kombu Umami Scrambled Egg Rice (HK$72), OG Yuzu Pepper Chicken Rice (HK$88), and Mala Aubergine Tofu Veggie Rice (HK$78), along with many more options.

Pair your drinks with cocktails on tap from Draft Land (BaseHall 02); they also offer happy hour daily from 3pm to 8pm. Those who need a digestif after a hearty meal can check out the hidden bar, Artifact—the only bar in Hong Kong located inside a food hall.
