Gong xi fa cai! Ring in the Year of the Snake with festive treats, cocktails, and stunning ocean views at Ayana Bali’s Spirit of the Serpent Countdown Party. If you’ll be in picturesque Bali, Indonesia on January 29, be sure to catch the celebrations from 4pm to 1am, at the resort’s Rock Bar with exciting beats and booze, setting the perfect mood for the new year.
Ayana Bali also invites diners to celebrate the Chinese New Year with a feast for families with its exclusive hot pot set menu at its Ah Yat Abalone Seafood Restaurant. Satiate your cravings for warming broth with three signature flavors – the light Health Chicken Soup, the bold Traditional Spicy Soup, and the rich and tangy Tomato Hot Pot. These are best enjoyed with the restaurant’s savory pork and squid; handmade meatballs in shrimp, fish, and beef; and crispy fried meat, made with fermented bean curd pork. To add another layer of flavor, level up your hot pot with an array of specially crafted dipping sauces. For those who want to enjoy their hot pots post-Chinese New Year, the à la carte hot pot menu will be available starting January 30, 2025.
