Handcrafted with love and creativity, Nina Patisserie presents an irresistible selection of decadent cakes and pastries for those with a sweet tooth. To celebrate its fifth anniversary, Michelin-starred restaurant Andō introduces a new five-course “Celebration” dinner menu. This menu is a true symphony of textures and flavors, featuring Hokkaido scallops, Wagyu beef tartare, grilled octopus, and scarlet prawns, perfectly complemented by a delicate natural sake from Terada Honke in Chiba, Japan. For even more memorable bites, savor Lisa a la Plancha and charcoal-grilled Hokkaido pork, each expertly paired with wines from Nagano, Japan, and Mendoza, Argentina. A standout dish is Andō’s signature creation, Sin Lola, inspired by chef Agustin’s grandmother’s recipe. The Italian-Japanese pastry café Tozzo, led by founder and head pastry chef Farbio Bardi, unveils this season’s cakes and all-new gelato flavors for the Chinese New Year, available until February 9. Check out the festive flavors: pineapple black tea maritozzo (HK$50), red date, longan, and goji berry sorbet (piccolo for HK$60, grande for HK$75), and jasmine and Mandarin honey green tea (HK$58). Just in time for the month of love, Tozzo also introduces new handcrafted pastries (HK$70 each).
