The collaboration will put the spotlight on snake-based delicacies—a specialty of Ser Wong Fun—in honor of the Year of the Snake. Inspired by traditional Chinese medicine, these dishes not only offer exceptional flavors but also provide warmth and nourishment.

The limited-time pop-up menu includes six dishes by Ser Wong Fun. First is a comforting bowl of assorted snake soup with fish maw (HK$198), which goes well with deep-fried sliced snake with abalone congee and pork tripe (HK$498). For something satiating, there’s braised fish head in claypot with ginger and miso sauce (HK$358). Meatier options include the sautéed Qingyuan chicken with pork kidney with bell pepper black bean sauce (HK$298) and the deep-fried pork spareribs with glutinous rice cake in orange wine (HK$218). Another filling seafood option is the steamed whole crab with salted egg and minced pork (HK$688).
