Poblacion’s cocktail bar, The Spirits Library, and premium Filipino tree-to-bar chocolate Auro, collaborated on a unique cocktail experience featuring premium chocolates. Initially launched for the love month, due to high demand, the menu has been extended until March 15.

Those who have not had a chance to try the drinks can head to Pobla this March to enjoy the specials. Featuring three cocktails that highlight Auro Chocolate’s distinct cacao flavors. Each drink blends premium spirits with rich chocolate and unexpected ingredients, creating a unique take on classic cocktail profiles.
A playful nod to life’s little guarantees, romance may be predictable, but chocolates are always there. Inspired by Black Forest cake, 2024 Patrón Perfectionists Philippines champion Billy Ranchez crafted Sex & Chocolates, a gin-based cocktail with balanced citrus and chocolate notes. Made with Bulldog Gin, chocolate-Infused Aperol, Dolin Blanc Vermouth, upcycled Maraschino Cherry, and dark chocolates, Auro Paquibato 70% and Auro Saloy 70%. The drink is light, citrusy, with a smooth chocolate finish.
Inspired by Peter Pan’s Neverland, a place where time stood still and love lingers, this cocktail is made for two. Meant to be shared like a promise between two people. Crafted by 2023 Dewar’s Highball Challenge Champion, Shawn San Juan, A Promised Neverland is made with chocolate-washed Demanila Gin, green paradise cordial (green chili, black pepper, mint), and Auro Classic 64%. Fresh, subtly spicy, with a chocolate undertone.
Named after the Auro Mana infused in the cocktail, Mana From Heaven, crafted by John Russel Pagal, reflects the idea that chocolate is an indulgence that tastes like heaven. Made with pink peppercorn-Infused Cazadores Reposado Tequila, Campari, chocolate and dried mango-Infused Cocchi Storico Vermouth, and Auro Mana 85%. Rich, slightly bitter, with layered complexity, finished with three drops of John’s homemade chili oil for a subtle kick.
