Showcasing a diversity of culinary talent across Asia, the list features 23 cities, with 13 exciting new entries making their debut. Since introducing the 51-100 list, the Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants Academy has continued to shine a spotlight on Asia’s culinary world.

Leading the charge on the extended list are Bangkok, Hong Kong, Singapore, and Seoul, each securing six spots. Notably, Seoul’s Soigné stands out as this year’s highest new entrant at No. 57. Meanwhile, Farmlore in Bengaluru makes its mark as the 2025 recipient of the American Express One To Watch Award, debuting at No. 68. India also sees the addition of Naar in Kasauli at No. 66 and Inja in New Delhi at No. 87, marking new destinations for the culinary spotlight.
Hong Kong contributes to the list with six exceptional restaurants, including newcomers Italian restaurant Testina at No. 60 and Feuille, known for serving nature inspired French Cuisine at No. 93. Meanwhile, Mainland China is represented by new entries such as Ru Yuan at No. 59 in Hangzhou and La Bourriche 133 at No. 96 in Shanghai.
Tokyo continues to uphold its gastronomic reputation with four spots on the list, including the new entrant Harutaka at No. 76. Excitingly, new destinations such as Vientiane, Ubud, Hanoi, and Penang also make their debut. Doi Ka Noi in Vientiane takes No. 86, while Ubud’s Locavore NXT claims No. 92, Gia from Hanoi follows at No. 97, and Au Jardin from Penang rounds out the list at No. 100.
