Cruise Restaurant & Bar teams up with Cognac house Martel for a Friday night series running from March 14 to April 4. Held on the rooftop terrace of Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour Hong Kong, the event pairs live DJ sets with a lineup of Martell Noblige Cognac cocktails crafted by Cruise’s mixology team.

The menu features Los Avocados (HKD118), a bold mix of Martell Noblige, chili shred pisco, elderflower liqueur, and avocado cordial; Epperley: Banana Chocolate (HKD118), blending Martell Noblige with Amaro Averna and banana liqueur; and Lady Lana (HKD118), a refined combination of Martell Noblige, vanilla-infused fig liqueur, and carbonated white peony tea.
The weekly DJ lineup kicks off on March 14 with Afro House by Richie, followed by Jody 187 bringing R&B and Hip Hop on March 21. On March 28, Saint Bernard and MaximeLah will take over with a house set, and the series closes on April 4 with a disco set by Noctall.
