If you’re one of the many who will be staying in the area during the concert, make sure to book a spot at Dorsett Kai Tak as they join the festivities with a Dai Pai Dong Dinner Experience during Coldplay concert week. In collaboration with Hong Kong local brewery Young Master, the hotel is bringing classic Cantonese street food culture, specifically the food stall or street-side eatery, to life at their Grand Ballroom for this pop-up.

Though it may be an elevated version of the open-air stalls, guests can enjoy hearty pairings of Dai Pai Dong staples, from appetizers and stir-fry specials to savory mains, all paired with Young Master beers.

Dishes will include sweet corn broth with fresh crab meat (HKD48), marinated jellyfish and cucumber with balsamic vinegar (HKD98), as well as seafood dishes like crispy salt and pepper cuttlefish (HKD128) and salt-baked crispy chicken (HKD128 for half, HKD208 for whole), perfect for sharing, among others.
So, hop on for dinner and book your slot to ensure you’ll be full and fueled before screaming and singing your lungs out at the concert.

The Dai Pai Dong Dinner will be served in the Grand Ballroom of Dorsett Kai Tak at 43 Shing Kai Road, Kai Tak.
