BCB Singapore, held last March 3 to 4 at Marina Bay Sands, brought together the global drinks industry’s biggest names for two full days of networking, education, and celebration.

Each day was packed. Panels on running bars, building brands, and keeping things creative behind the bar. There were technical deep dives, too, like talks on agave spirits to mindful mixology.
Centre Stage focused on big topics like how to run a bar team, how to build something that lasts, and what it really means to lead. The Craft Workshop offered practical advice on things like how to build your brand, use social media well, and take care of your team. Over at Club Cantina, the talks were all about agave. From tasting sessions to deep dives into culture and technique, it was packed.
Tasting Corner was where people tried and talked about spirits like white rum, American single malt, and honkaku shochu. Some sessions were more technical, others more casual, but all sparked good conversations after.
At night, the energy shifted. On Day 1, Bar Leone hosted a fun, music-filled party at Cargo 39. On Day 2, the same spot turned into a chill agave-focused hangout with bartenders from Bangkok and Singapore. Around the city, guest shifts ran late into the night.
The crowd was a mix of bar owners and everything in between it was like an equal parts trade show and community hangout.
