From 10am to 3pm, the Sunrise Brews menu is in full swing. Guests can order brews like espresso, americano, and cappuccino, or try pour-over and French press options using beans from Jamaica, Panama, Taiwan, and Yunnan. There are also flavored drinks like banana latte and pineapple cold brew, which guests can enjoy along with pastries or Italian sandwiches and pizzas.
By 4pm, Cinnebar transitions to Tiki Canto Nights where cocktails take the spotlight. Drinks are made with seasonal fruits, teas, and spices, created by Wynn’s head mixologist Mark Lloyd (who also leads the team over at Wing Lei Bar). The special food menu features Cantonese bar snacks such as stir-fried crispy pork belly with black bean, pan-fried stuffed red sausage, pepper, bean curd with squid paste to pair with the drinks.
The mood of the bar changes too. During the day, the space feels open and relaxed, with green and indigo tones that echo a tropical setting. At night, the energy picks up, setting the mood for cocktails. Outdoor seating by the pool and garden adds to the atmosphere too.
