If you’ve been a regular in Hong Kong’s bar scene, Quinary (ranked No. 26 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024) is not a new name. It has been serving patrons elevated cocktails since 2012, crafted by talented bartenders led by its founder, Antonio Lai, who is known as a pioneer of molecular mixology in Hong Kong.
The Earl Grey Caviar Martini has been Quinary’s iconic drink since they opened and this month, they are celebrating Earl Grey Caviar Martini Day on May 24. To add to the fun, the bar is launching a special brick toy set based on its most iconic cocktail. Only 200 sets will be made, ten will be given away through a public contest, while the rest will be sold exclusively at the bar for HKD150 each.
As part of the launch, Quinary also released a teaser video showing a friendly speed build challenge between bartenders using the toy set. Viewers can guess who finishes first for a chance to win one of the giveaway sets. Selected winners will each receive a limited-edition brick toy set, and announced on May 24.
