The Green Room at The Upper House is relaunching an expanded menu and a weekly after-hours program called Moonlight.
Bar Manager Gail Lanorias leads the updated cocktail list with a focus on layered, seasonal flavors. Drinks include Golden Child, made with gin infused with sage, bay, and lemon verbena, mixed with rosemary syrup and pineapple juice. Southern Belle is a Calvados-based drink with green apple, honey, and Champagne. Star Crossed Lovers combines vodka, red bean, and yuzu, topped with a matcha soy foam.
The Green Room is styled with green lacquer and stone details, giving it a retro look that feels straight out of a Wes Anderson movie. It’s an ideal spot for casual drinks, conversations, or a wind-down after-dinner.
The new weekly series Moonlight brings in DJs, bar snacks, and guest bartenders from regional favorites. Bar Us (ranked No.21 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars) will headline the first edition on July 11. Next up is Hope & Sesame (No.14), taking over the bar on July 18.
