For the first time, the highly anticipated Oscars of the drink world, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2025 awards ceremony, is landing in Macau on July 15. Wynn Macau and Wynn Palace are at the heart of this year’s festivities, marking the tenth edition of these prestigious awards. People from the bar industry worldwide are in for a treat with a dizzying week full of events.

From July 11 to July 19, Wynn Palace and Wynn Macau will be buzzing with over 25 exciting events, including guest chef dining experiences, bar takeovers, pop-ups, and masterclasses.
Guests can also look forward to the awards’ signature events, including the 50 Best Signature Sessions and the Bartenders’ Feast on July 14, a pre-awards event attended by some of the world’s best bars and bartenders featured in the upcoming ranking. Highlights include Meet the Bartenders, an exclusive media roundtable session, and Asia’s 50 Best Bars Awards Ceremony featuring red-carpet arrivals and a cocktail reception on July 15, followed by the official Closing Party the next day.
From dinners at Wynn’s Michelin-starred venues, guest bartender shifts, workshops, and various other sessions, here’s a lineup of the program so you can stay in the thick of it. Get ready to party — hangover kit recommended!

SW Steakhouse x Born & Bred

For two nights on July 11 and 12, catch the four-hands dinner at SW Steakhouse featuring Seoul’s Hanwoo beef specialists Born & Bred (No.51, Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025) with executive chef Kyung-hwan Min joining the kitchen of American surf-and-turf cabaret SW Steakhouse’s executive chef Helder Sequeira Amaral.
Keegan McGregor’s World Class Takeover

Hong Kong’s tea-centric cocktail bar, Tell Camellia (No. 97, Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024), is popping up at Wynn Palace’s Lakeview Palace with a cocktail-paired dinner featuring tea cocktails by mixologist Gagan Gurung, Ningbo cuisine by executive chef Liu Zhen from Hong Kong’s Michelin-starred restaurant Yong Fu, and modern Jiangnan cuisine by Lakeview Palace’s executive chef Kevin Zhu.
Elliot Faber Takes Over Mizumi
