Founder and Editorial Director
Tatum is a seasoned journalist with experience as editor-in-chief of Time Out Hong Kong, creative director of PeopleAsia magazine, lifestyle editor of Manila Standard, and executive creative director of FCB Manila. She holds a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits, with a passion for whisky and a curiosity for mixology. She founded DrinkManila in 2016 and returned in 2024 to rebrand the platform as DrinkCollectiv and to steer its editorial vision. Beyond her editorial work, Tatum has hosted talks and workshops for alcohol brands and judged numerous prestigious bartending competitions in Hong Kong and the Philippines.

Dixie is a Swiss-educated hotelier managing her own eco-conservation resort, Club Agutaya, in San Vicente, Palawan. She is a restaurateur, beverage consultant, and expert drinker with a WSET Level 2 Award in Wines and Spirits. Dixie has written the "Tipple Tales" cocktail and spirits column for Manila Standard and co-hosted the Manila episode of the Travel Channel show "Booze Traveler" with cocktail connoisseur Jack Maxwell. She has also served as a regional and national judge for top bartending competitions in the Philippines.

With years of experience in photography, he specializes in capturing stunning portraits, food and beverage photography, and candid street scenes that tell compelling stories. His work includes campaigns for diverse clients, including corporate companies and NGOs.

Kay wears many hats, but makeup artistry is her primary creative passion. Beyond her work as a makeup artist, Kay is deeply committed to giving back to her community. She volunteers with Save Philippine Seas, where she contributes her skills to raise awareness about marine conservation, and participates in Weekend Wild Child, a program focused on reconnecting children with nature.
